How does it work?
The Callback App integrates small and nice pop-up with your Shopify store. When the customer wants to ask a question about the product and submits callback form, app automatically sends a request to your email.
Does Callback handle timezones and availability time?
Absolutely! Callback automatically detects user's time zone and shows you estimated time on client's side when callback is requested. You can also check days of the week and time when your customers can request callback in a very user-friendly way.
How can I customize the app?
There are several customization options available:
Button's location (you can choose any corner of the page or paste the code to a template you prefer manually);
Configurable phrases (German and French translations supported from the box);
Callback button's color can be changed;
You can disable or enable optional callback form fields (name, location, call time, date, email, notes);
Hide callback button from specific pages;
Enable or disable Geolocation API that detects user's location;
Track callback requests history in your admin and set callback status to pending / processed (simple CRM system);
You can enable or disable writing callback details into customer's notes (which is useful for tracking history of communication with a customer).
Does Callback app support Shopify Flow?
Yes, you can use Callback as a trigger for task automation with Shopify Flow.
